Mission Statement

As the central core of the Greater Long Beach LGBT communities we offer assistance and provide education about emotional and physical health, housing, cultural and social activities, and legal and social justice. We advocate for the inclusion of all with no judgment or restrictions based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

Information and Education
- Community help desk for referrals
- Housing and roommate postings, job
   postings and employment assistance,
- LGBT library, educational workshops,
   speaker's bureau, community calendar
- CyberCenter providing eight state of the
   art computers for community use
- Training in computer use
- Financial Planning workshops

Health and Well Being
- Mental health services (counseling and
   referrals)
- Seminars for Awareness, Growth & Education (SAGE)
- Women’s Health
- Breast Cancer Screenings
- Smoking Cessation
- Men’s Health
- HIV prevention and testing
- “Coming out" support
- Transgender support
- Legal counseling services
- Mentoring Youth Through Empowerment (MYTE Youth) program
