Thank
you for considering volunteering at The Center Long Beach.
We serve over 21,000 people a year and offer an array of
services.
Operations of The Center would be impossible without the contributions
of our volunteers. Last year The Center benefited from over
4,700 volunteer hours. This equaled over $50,000 in equivalent
payroll dollars.
We have many volunteer opportunities at the Center. These include:
• Community Help Desk
• Youth Mentor (MYTE Program)
• Accounting/ Administrative
• Computer Software Teacher
• Special Event Coordinator
• Mental Health Professionals
• Group Facilitators
What is the process to become a volunteer
