This party with a cause will benefit the Center Long Beach's Mentoring Youth Through Empowerment (MYTE) Program which is dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ youth (ages 13-18) by providing a safe, affirmative environment for peer interaction.

If you missed The Center's wine tasting fundraiser at The beautiful estate of Todd Turley, you missed an extraordinary event! From the fabulous food, the decadent chocolate, the amazing entertainment, the divine ambiance, to the wonderful people who came out to support The Center, this was an event that people are still calling me about.
On behalf of The Center, I would like to thank Todd Turley for going above and beyond what was asked of him and his loving spirit, everyone who purchased tickets for being such great sports, our Board of directors for stepping up to the plate and making sure that the event was successful, to our entertainment for adding to the ambiance, Janet Elkins for her hard work making sure that our wine presentation was outstanding, our staff for helping us stay on track and our amazing Executive Director Kimberlee Woods who's vision keeps us moving forward with a smile. It is the mission of The Gay and Lesbian Center of Greater Long Beach to provide services to support, inform and connect the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities through programs of information and education, physical and mental well-being, cultural and social activities, and social justice resources.
The Center Long Beach recognizes that it could not provide services without the support and generosity of our donors and benefactors. You can make a difference today by becoming a Center member, a sustaining donor or joining our Benefactor Circle.
For as little as $35.00 individuals can become center members and receive a membership card that will entitle you to specials and discounts form local businesses, as well as invitations to The Center's special events. Businesses can sign our business partner agreement, and agree to give our members a discount or other service.
If you are currently a sustaining monthly donor of $10 or more,you will automatically be given Center Membership. Thank you for your support.
