September 8, 2009…Long Beach…LA’s one and only queer improv/sketch comedy group, The Gay Mafia, make their Long Beach performing debut to raise money for the The Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Center (www.centerlb.org) ! One show only! Mind blistering improv comedy at the famous waterfront restaurant, “The Reef.” 880 South Harbor Scenic Drive, Long Beach, Ca. 90802 (562) 435-8013 - Wednesday, October 14, 2009, – doors open at 7. Show starts at 8. Cocktails/Mixer. Book Signing. Well drinks ($7.00) cut in half ($3.50) Smirnoff and like brands. House wines (Copper Ridge and Domestic and Imported Beer). This also includes complimentary Hors D' Oeuvres buffet. If you want to order, appetizers or dinner will also be available.

The Gay Mafia improv/sketch comedy group have appeared on the LOGO series, "The Outlaugh Festival on Wisecrack" and in the movie, "Outlaugh!" For seven years, they have headlined across the country - most recently at the ArtExplosion Festival in Florida, the National Gay Mormons Convention, and with Margaret Cho. The Gay Mafia has had audiences howling at everything from alien lesbians to tranny bullies to gay boyscout leaders. They are based in Los Angeles.
