It's the first-ever Long Beach Pink Party!! Jump-start Long Beach Pride weekend with a few hundred of your closest friends, as we take over the roof top lounge at Smooth's Sports Grille on Pine Avenue. |
Celebrate in style with music, dancing and delicious food, courtesy of Smooth's, not to mention great friends and a few surprise guests.

This party with a cause will benefit the Center Long Beach's Mentoring Youth Through Empowerment (MYTE) Program which is dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ youth (ages 13-18) by providing a safe, affirmative environment for peer interaction.
Ticket Price: $20
Tickets will be sold at the door only and include entrance and hors d'oeuvres. No host bar.

The PINK Gala, a fundraiser to benefit the Center Long Beach will take place Saturday evening, August 16, 2008 on the luxurious “Majestic” yacht.
The event will host 300 guests aboard the three decked, 150' private vessel. The well-appointed features include a magnificent full length dining salon, a large entertainment room with a full service bar, cocktail area, lounge and 1,000-square-foot dance floor. The top level features an open passenger deck with canopy and a forward pilothouse.

With Johnny Macadam. Certified as a yoga instructor and currently studying yoga therapy, Johnny does not push, rather, he allows students to develop their highest potential. Yoga is primarily a practice intended to make each individual wiser and more able to understand life than they were before. A dynamic class in which you will learn techniques from Kickboxing, Tae kwon Do and other styles. Learn to defend yourself and feel safer in your community. No experience required. Class is appropriate for all levels.
