Dear Center Family,
Thank you to everyone who joined us this past month at our 2nd annual Long Beach AIDS Ride. We greatly appreciate all of your help in our campaign to promote the education, prevention and treatment of the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Long Beach. The event was a success, raising over $25,000 for HIV/AIDS services at The Center at the C.A.R.E. Program at St. Mary Medical Center. Additionally, we are very grateful for everyone who joined us for Transgender Day of Remembrance! We were proud to be a part of this essential community building and strengthening event. If you couldn’t make it to the event, check out the video of some of Alexandra Billings address below.
We have a few great events to close out the year, including Long Beach’s 2nd Annual Santa Speedo Run, with all proceeds benefitting The Center’s programs and services and the AIDS Food Store. Check out all of our upcoming events below and call or stop in for more information!
