Thank you to everyone who joined us at our CyberCenter Grand Reopening on June 14th! We are excited to have eight new Office-loaded desktop computers in order to continue supporting hundreds of clients every month who would otherwise be without access to computers. A special thank you to Paul Moore, Program Officer from the David Bohnett Foundation, and Cory Allen, Field Representative from the office of State Senator Ricardo Lara, who were able to join us for the reopening!

Submissions are now closed, and this year’s selection is bound to contain some of the best LGBTQ selections of the year!
It’s that time of year again, and registration is now open for the 2014 Long Beach AIDS Ride
Riders from the 2013 LBAR
(LBAR). The second annual ride, taking place on November 15th, is designed to support local Long Beach efforts in the areas of education, prevention and treatment of the HIV/AIDS pandemic and related illnesses. The Long Beach AIDS Ride (LBAR) is a fundraising event produced by, and benefitting The Center and The Comprehensive AIDS Resource and Education (CARE) program at St. Mary Medical Center. The event is designed to support local Long Beach efforts in the areas of education, prevention and treatment of the HIV/AIDS pandemic and related illnesses. LBAR is also a platform to increase positive, life-affirming experiences for people affected and infected by HIV and to encourage activism in the Greater Long Beach community.
